Dear Customer,
when returning a shipment, please check the type of service.
If the waybill number is 10 digits and the waybill shows DHL Express, your return will be accepted at the DHL Service Point.
DHL Express waybill
If the waybill is not DHL Express, but e.g. DHL Return Connect and the identifier is not a 10-digit number, we will not be able to accept your shipment. Returns of this type (e.g. parcels sent to Amazon in Germany) are delivered by Magyar Posta. In this case, please call Magyar Posta's MPL Europe Standard Call Center on +36 1 7678277 or visit a Post Office for further information.
