Visit DHL Express Hungary! Prize Competition Rules
Organiser: DHL Express Hungary Ltd., hereinafter referred to as: the Organiser
Duration of the competition: The competition will run between 8 August 2025 and 19 August 2025, midnight.
Conditions for participation: Anyone can participate in the contest by tagging someone in the comment section of the Facebook post announcing the contest. Participation in the contest is voluntary. Players who post obscene or otherwise inappropriate comments will be automatically disqualified, their comment will be deleted.
The prize: The following prizes will be drawn:
Grand Prize: 4 tickets for 2 to participate in a unique guided tour showing the DHL Express Hungary site at a predetermined time (September 4, 2025, expected between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.) Address: 1185 Budapest, BUD International Airport
Additional prizes: 10 pairs of DHL branded socks
Draw procedure: The draw will be random among the correct answers using random number generator. 14 winners and 28 additional winners will be drawn.
Draw date and location: The draw will take place at 10:00 on 21 August 2025, using a random random number generator, in the HQ of DHL Express Hungary.
Notification of winners and prize collection: Winners will be notified via our Facebook page in response to their comments. The organizer and the winner will coordinate the delivery of the prize via email and/or telephone. If the winner does not respond within 3 business days, the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner.
Other terms and conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend the terms and conditions of the prize draw and the date of the grand prize without prior notice. The office of DHL Express Magyarország Kft is located at Budapest Airport, so personal data will be required for entry in accordance with ruling authorities (name, ID card number, place and date of birth, mother's maiden name). Without this information, the winner will not be able to enter the tour, and the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner.
Data processing: Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser for the sole purpose of running the competition. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
