Unfortunately, we do not have information on these parcels, so we cannot help you via our call center.

• DHL Parcel* tracking number starts with 2 letters: e.g. 3SBCC000123456, CY111111111DE
• DHL eCommerce* tracking number consist of 10 to 39 digits and usually starts with a letter: e.g. GM9999999999999)
